Big Man’s Sno-Balls was born out of my love for New Orleans and my desire to bring a taste of home to Las Vegas. Originally from NOLA, we've been living in Vegas for the past several years, and one thing I’ve missed the most is the tradition of enjoying a perfectly made sno-ball on a hot day. I started this business with my son in mind and named it after his nickname, creating something special that we could build together. With our mobile sno-ball trailer, we’re bringing the authentic flavors and Southern hospitality of New Orleans to the streets of Las Vegas, serving up finely shaved ice with bold syrups, sweet toppings, great snacks and a whole lot of love.
